"The harvest season"
E 'launched a film competition for the promotion of audiovisual dedicated to the theme of aging, titled "The harvest season."
Purpose:
The event aims to promote reflection on this phase of life, for the current situation presents us with a company formed by an increasing number of older people have the right to enforce its requirements.
We believe that care - including through the creation of an audiovisual - of these people and then ways of life, could be extremely useful, to promote understanding of the processes and dynamics inherent in this age group.
Participants:
The competition is open to all citizens regardless of age.
Admission and schedule:
Registration is gratuita.
I partecipanti possono presentare i lavori sia singolarmente che collettivamente; ogni autore può partecipare al concorso con al massimo 2 opere. Sono ammessi a concorso anche lavori già presentati o premiati in altri concorsi.
Per l'ammissione si fa riferimento ai moduli allegati.

Farà fede la ricevuta dell'avvenuta consegna o il timbro postale. Le spese di shipment shall be borne by the participants.
The organization reserves the right to refuse entry to the competition works that are not respectful of the seriousness of the same, that does not meet the requirements of the notice, which are based on the work - even partial - of members of the jury.
Entries received, admitted and not admitted to the competition, will not be returned under any circumstances, but will become part of the event, and may be used by the organization for further projections.
The organization is committed to the care and custody of the works, but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of themselves.
sizes and specifications:
are eligible to contest audiovisual works (movies, documentaries and animated films), produced from 2005 onwards, with any shooting format (film or video) , a maximum of 40 minutes including titles and credits.
is asked to send a copy in DVD format on the housing only and exclusively the title of the author. It must be in good condition and no title or overlays are not in the master (ie timecode), apart from any foreign language subtitling. Each support (DVD) must contain a single work. Along with support for each work entered must be sent in the registration form, filled in and signed by the director or whoever owns the rights to the work.
The works must be in Italian or in another language provided with subtitles in Italian.
Responsibility:
By submitting the work, it is guaranteed that the same product is original and was requested to the participants and employees consent to the use of the image. Each author is responsible for the content of the work presented and the distribution of music protected by copyright. The organization institutional partners of the competition and are therefore free from any liability to any third party who, for whatever reason, have any objection as to the uses provided in this announcement.
Participation in the competition implies acceptance of this Regulation, the organization has the final decision on any cases and on matters not expressly provided. The organizers reserve the possibility to modify this contract due to force majeure or for improving it, any changes will still be communicated immediately to competitors.
With the acceptance of the rules, the participant authorizes the organization treatment, including computer, personal data and the information provided, for purposes related to the competition and - any - events related. The rejection of the Regulation, with the signature on the application form will lead to automatic disqualification.
Communication and win prizes:
A special jury award between all the competitors
- the best audiovisual documentary character;
- the best audio-visual subject;
- the best work of author under 30 years.
The winning entries will be screened at a special event held in Trieste, and subsequently will be presented to the Italian Film Festival Rovinj (Croatia) and the Days of Italian Cinema in Novi Sad (Serbia). All competitors will be sent promptly to the detailed program e definitivo della manifestazione. I lavori premiati verranno quindi distribuiti nei circoli aderenti alla Federazione Italiana Circoli del Cinema, la quale garantirà almeno 10 proiezioni sul territorio italiano.
La giuria si riserva di non assegnare i premi qualora non si presenti un numero minimo di partecipanti tale da giustificare la competizione. Il responso della giuria è insindacabile ed ai vincitori non presenti al momento della premiazione saranno inviati i premi. Non è previsto il rimborso del viaggio per i partecipanti che presenzieranno alla serata di premiazione.
